It all starts​ with a no cost energy assessment with Eco Friends. We will help you select the improvement package that is better for you, including available rebates and financing.
Home Comfort packages may include:

In addition, we will provide you with information about clean heating and cooling heat pump equipment options for your home. If you decide to install a heat pump for heating and cooling, additional rebates are available.

The home must meet conditions of the lower level package to be eligible for higher level packages.

To Qualify
1. You must be the owner, or be authorized to sign for the owner, of a 1-4 unit residential home in New York State.
2. You must be a current electric customer of Consolidated Edison of New York, Inc., New York State Electric and Gas Corporation, Orange & Rockland, Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation, Central Hudson or National Grid and pay into the System Benefits Charge Fund.
